DECREES OF THE AUDIO POPE
DECREE I — ON THIS PLACE
MEME PLUGINS™ is the church of the plugin. Here sermons are delivered, judgments are passed, and rites are performed. All who make noise are welcome. Most will be found guilty.
DECREE II — ON THE RITES
The Audio Pope bestows free rites upon all sinners. Stems shall be torn from the track. Loudness shall be reckoned. Mud shall be cleansed. Samples shall be dismembered. The dead shall be slowed and the living quickened.
Every rite is performed in your own browser, on your own machine, witnessed by no server. Nothing is uploaded. Nothing is kept. As it should be.
DECREE III — ON THE PROPHET
DOOMER.vst has heard ten thousand terrible mixes and forgiven none of them. He speaks for the Pope so the Pope does not have to. His sermons contain truth. The truth will hurt.
DECREE IV — ON PLUGINS
The church loves plugins the way the sea loves ships. Judgments shall be passed on them, one by one, and their makers shall be told the truth about what they have built.
Remember the first commandment: another plugin will not save you.
DECREE V — ON THE WEIRD PLUGIN LIST
When something worth judging is found, an epistle shall be sent. Strange free tools, cursed plugins, new rites. Leave your email and the list will find you.
DECREE VI — ON PETITIONS
Confessions, offerings and heresies are received through the contact page. Plugin makers seeking judgment for their creations may petition the church. Prepare for honesty.
